INTRODUCTION

 Coaching approach

I believe that the main purpose of coaching is changing behavior. Leadership skills consist of expected behaviors at any given leadership level. After ample practice the behaviors are retained and positively affect long term performance. I facilitate the process from setting goals through ensuring opportunities for regular practice to the point where leaders actually incorporate their new set of skills learned at coaching sessions in their everyday procedures at work.

The personality is difficult to change and it is not my intention at all. The core personality is given, and my role is to help leaders to achieve their goals in a way that most corresponds to their personality.
I work to identify practical, yet profound ways to create significant and lasting results for both the individual and organization.
